SHANTHIASANA:
(Shavasana or corpse pose)
It is also called Mrtasana.
Sava or Mrta means a corpse.
Lie down on the floor like a dead body.
Adjust the parts of the body in their most comfortable position, which make differ for different practitioners.
This conscious relaxation invigorates and refreshes both body and mind.
This posture removes this fatigue caused by the other asanas and induces calmness of mind.
